Dr Renee Tan Huey Jing

Dr Tan is an experienced Psychiatrist with a Master of Psychological Medicine focused in Psychiatry from University Malaya, graduated in 2015. She is one of the founder and is the executive Director at Sanctuary Wellness Center. She has experience in organizing Family Link programs and she is the main translator of the Mandarin version of the Family Link Program educational guidebook. She is part of the team to design and overseeing group-based activities and cognitive remediation programs as part of a comprehensive therapy package aimed at supporting mind and body recovery at Sanctuary Wellness Center.

Her vision is to provide a center that not only supports mental and emotional healing but also nurtures overall well-being—integrating mind, body, and soul and bring meaning to life and community.

Through Sanctuary Wellness Center, she aspires to offer a safe and restorative space for individuals to recover, rejuvenate, and rediscover balance in their lives. Guided by empathy, professionalism, and evidence-based care, Dr. Tan’s vision is to redefine the healing experience—where recovery is not just about treatment, but about empowerment, growth, and renewed purpose.
